The average improvement in vertical jump height with our carbon fiber insole was 1.2 inches compared to the traditional insole.
3. Fatigue Test: We tested the insole's impact on athletes' fatigue levels. The athletes had to perform a series of exercises designed to induce fatigue, first wearing a traditional football insole and then wearing our carbon fiber football insole. The average time it took for athletes to reach fatigue with our carbon fiber insole was 8.2% longer than with the traditional insole.
